post them up jim. fishfactor, i use a 9/0 octopus with wire leader plus run a secondary line of heavy mono leader attached to both hook and swivel of the wire. there were times both nights when one failed and the other hung on to get the fish in.

Look up Bimini Twist, it is very useful on large game fish. I use an adaptation of it on my shark rigs, never had one fail(largest shark taken 6' 7" Bull)

wat a night it was crazy although i must of had gasoline on my bait i did manage to catch 3 and a ray the last one i caught i had a lil help from the shark master jon.....these browns a mean as chit and strong they almost pull ur arm off when u drag them up..and oh yea rick is a bee och and in love hahahaha

i am using a 10' lami and a vs250. same stuff i use for chunking bass. keep an eye on the weather and when it looks like we have a good offshore wind (or calm) going and smaller sized surf PM me and we can meet up. don't worry about all the questions!

i gave it a try last night with Joe but conditions were not to good and we got skunked.......
it was blowing in your face real good and was not able to hold bottom with 6.oz.
the seaweed was a killer also acting like a sail on you line with a direct course to the beach .........

looking forward to giving it a 2nd try.....

i told him that yesterday would be a dud. you need a certain conditions for that and yesterday/today/etc. just are not good from the beach. i am looking at sunday night maybe...depends on the wind.

Sharking the surf here in the west coast. This little leopard shark gave a good fight.

10/O Octopus on a 6' 80 lb leader hooking that to a 100lb spro swivel snap on 50lb power pro...

not sure wtf im going to do if i hook one lol but we will see.....

Copepods, common parasite on sharks. Im a shark nut, if anyone has any questions about them feel free to ask and I can answer them, plenty of experience with them both in the water diving with them and off the boat....

Sharked last night from the beach with my buddies ryan and jim, ended up with 9 duskies in 2 hours to 5 feet long, at dead low tide. Had a ball jumpin on em in the surf when we got em in the wash

gonna try some surf sharkin Thurs nite in CM, gonna try for some weakfish on the jettys at the point first then about 7:30 head to the beach at the North end of CM for sharks had some luck there the other nite if you see a blue ford f250 stop and say hello
