Cooler Rack for front of truck

How do they mount to the front of the truck? I see single mount but read about dual mount?

Jimmy when mine was installed the builder used 2 trailer hitch receivers. One on each side of the frame in the front. We just took off the tow hooks and mounted, bolted and welded, the receivers where the hooks had been, and enlarged the tow hook holes in the front plastic cow to put the out lookers threw it.
Then used aluminum square stock to come out of them to weld the basket onto. That way the rack could be removed easily, and also drilled threw at the receiver lock holes to use locks to make sure in was theft proof.
A lot of builders only use 1 out looker but I felt it would eventually sag. And I have seen racks with 1 out looker teeter side to side from only being supported with 1 out looker in the middle. This is just what I wanted and did and it has never failed me.

I bolted on receiver tubes made from alum. to the frame One size up from the tubes on the rack
