can any1 give me some info on a good bait i was thinking bunker but maybe someone had something differnt and a nice rig set up ill catch 20 sand sharks for all icare i just want to bring my girlfriend out and catch some and relax haha but if anyone has anygood ideas that would be ggreat thank you

i heard bluefish is great bait........... you may want to try around seaside heights for sharks....... been hearing nothing but shark reports from there...... some say great whites...... me i think if there's anything there it's makos...... good luck and can't wait to see the pics...

I think most of the shark bite is at night but not sure. If you want to see some cool shark catches google "Black Tip Challenge" it's a shore based shark tourney off the beaches in FL. Looks like that would be a cool tourney to fish.

i have been using mackeral fillets being #1 bait of choice and second would be bunker fillets on a 3ft 200lb piano leader
with an 8/0 SHORT SHANK tuna hook on the end and a 200lb swivle at the top with a fish finder above that .
