Need some input

anyone ever buy this, is it worth the $25

You know I have mixed feelings about all the plug kits around these days, you could buy it and have yourself a couple plugs to fish in no time, but to me it is more self gratifying to get some wood carve it or turn it yourself and think out the weighting scheme, seal, prime, paint, and top coat it yourself. Something about using your brain to produce a fish slaying plug just gets my juices flowing. Doing it yourself will not be cheaper, but once you catch on your on plugs you will never look back :study:

I was looking at this just to test out some ideas i have, i was going to modify a couple of the ones it comes with.

i think im going to give it a shot. I used to make my own bucktails and stuff with my grandpop when i was younger, but the past 5 years or so we just buy them now.

Kits are a great easy way to make a couple and see if you like doing it.
