Bad epoxy!

put another coat over the bad one and see what happens

what he said ^ put a new coat on it will seal the bad one ...then you can throw it to bluefish Very Happy

thanks what i was going to try was sandpaper the epoxy off and recoat it confused

no dont sand that iwll not work it will get all lumpy just recoat over old stuff

Use a heat gun it will peel right off and you can start all over,,,,
