well thats it .......hit the park today had one more in me......sandeels are still around birds working behind me as i was out on the bar........managed to hook up but dropped it......plus had one hit......to bad the tide was low and the wind blowing about 15-20 outa the west......bait was there........saw one other guy hook up but that was it and lost his aswell... as i walked back to the beach sandeels were swimming outa the sand....cant complain.......i wasnt the only nut out there.........it was agreat day

It's never a good feeling when you break them down and put the rods away for the winter.
Glad you got one more trip in tho. It's a shame you couldn't keep that one on and land it. But it sounds like it was a great day.
Now it's time to get some wood turned and flies tied for the next season.

got that right charlie. got a rod to build, pimping a 704Z now, and turned a few for spring bunker run. at some point i gotta see my wife, i miss her. got a package from mudhole today so there is work to be done.
