Fish hawk Report 8/21

Plan was to fish the outgoing tide for tog @ the wreck. FLood tide was 735,we got down to the dock around 830. The drum grounds were on the way so we stopped and gave that a try for a bit. The stubborn SE w*nd kept the tide from switching. A few toad fish and few sharks,no drum. Headed over to the wreck. The tide was just starting to pick up, but the w*nd still kept us from getting a good hold. Dropped anchor and drifted back over the wreck. Had to use another anchor to keep us right on top and stop us from being pushed off.First fish over the rail was a 12" tog, FINALLY A REAL FISH Picked through the tog and got one keeper @14.5" Also goliath toadfish, and small seabass. We missed a few fish as well. After going through 15 shedders we were done. The weather did get nice later in the day, but sunday was a bust. Back to the dock around 3ish for blackend tog,and firey blue claws!

I hate toad fish also!!!!

From what ive heard about the osprey, they can reach up to 120mph in a dive thats pretty cool!
Also, from what I hear about those toadies, there is market for them with the chinese resturants If so, ill show up to the back door with 5gallon buckets filled with those slime balls :king: as long as i can get some General TSO's an egg roll or two, and some fried dumplings
