Kingfish and Gulp

Hi everyone,

I wanted some input on the Gulp baits for Kingfish. My family/inlaws spend two weeks on Lbi every summer. I would get there a couple days between work but I am now retired and will be there for two full weeks or until we kill each other LOL. Does anyone have any advice on how the Gulp baits work ? I have in the past put my left over blood worms in the fridge and it never goes over very well. Since I can now be out every morning I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion. ( other than, well you know ). Thanks in advance. Bill

Try the fish bites, I've used them quite a bit and did well w/ them.

say nite tides......when ya heading down.......ill be there the week of july 9th -16th..........im not much into glup.......but i carrie an airrated bucket with killies and live line them......around the jettys and pockets.............small deadly dicks with a sandeel teaser works well to ........and spin&glows with a mister twister tail or squid.............ill be in holgate all week and i fish 24/7........and ill be flukein from the beach all week

iv never had any luck with gulp or fish bites for kings and or croakers in the surf zone........but thats just me. iv only had success with real blood worms....................

I've had great success with bucktails tip with Gulp minnows fishing for fluke.
