Happy 4TH of July Kingfish ! 218105

I was wondering if anybody has a different way of cooking kingfish, other than scaling and cooking whole.

me personally I fillet and skin them than cook on the grill in tinfoil with butter and pepper when cooked like this one of my favorite fish to eat.

My girls like 'em breaded and fried. Home-made fish sticks. I like them grilled too. We wrap them in foil with a pat of butter, peppers, onions, and tomato, Italian seasoning, pepper, dash of salt, sprinkle of cayenne, and let them simmer for a bit. Then dig in!
