Finally kicked the smoking.... Between working out everyday, performing, bein around kids and so many other reasons I just quit cold turkey. Feels great cool

congrats way to jump on the sbo stop smoking band wagon....... i think it's the only one anyone should jump on..... good luck and don't forget we're all here to help..... sunflower seeds are addicting but not as bad as smoking..

awesome job man! i stopped for 6 years and then went through a divorce and started up again confused Embarassed have been smoking again for 2 1/2 years. i need to stop again. way to go buddy. don't make the dumbass mistake i made. i miss the way food tastes
