Surf snook 8/22

School starts monday so I've been hitting the beach this weekend. Man was it hot today even after getting out of the car I was sweatting bullets, the surf was flat and there was plenty of bait but never saw any signs of anything chasing them. Was there probably about three hours and decide to give up, and made a few cast before heading back and noticed something following my lure. It turned out to be a snook and it ate it only a few inches from the sand, made a few runs and jumped a few time before I beached it and a passerby took a picture for me.

After that called it a day and went to get some of the beast BBQ in south florida.

great job my nephew is a big fisherman , out all the time , hes in clearwater what part u from sends me his pix all the time makes me mad I SHOULD MOVE TO FLORIDA he tells me that all the time tight lines....... Surf snook 8/22 870783

No No, stay away from florida, the last thing we need is more people, plus we got big lizards and snakes and all kind of creepy crawlers and did I mention Hurricanes?

Ya I also prefer the west coast of florida, been up north to viosit family including NY, nice place but don't see my self living there also delray is not that far from me.
