Surf snook 7/2

Hit the beach this morning, was there about a hour and a half before the tide started to come in and had only seen one snook down by the pier. Finally as the tide started to come in I started to walk further down the beach and found two schools of bait that were trapped by the low tide and snook were holding just behind the sandbars making runs over the sandbar using incoming waves to get over the sandbar. I hooked a nice sized one but it pulled the hooks out rite at the beach and got away, a few minutes later I saw another group of snooks riding a wave over the sandbar and casted to them and saw one brake from the school and take the bait, made a few good runs for its size before I managed to beach it.

After that I managed to hook a smaller one that jumped several times before it to spit the hook and got away, then decided to call it a day, I might go to the beach early tommorrow morning before I catch a flight to California to visit my brother for a week.
