SBO Builders Challenge

To all plug builders I want to get an idea how many of you guys would like to get a "SBO Builders Challenge" together for this November at Island Beach State Park in NJ.
Every builder puts up a new plug and say $10. bucks. Then the builders are cut lose to fish all weekend with "their own" plugs and the builder that catches the largest striped Bass on their plug wins all the plugs. And the cash can be divided up between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. place if you guys think that's cool. More details can be worked out if there is enough interest.

Out of towners and non IBSP Park pass holders can spend the weekend driving on the beaches and fishing all night on the beach with a $75. 3 day drive on park pass.

As of now I'm just trying to see if there's any interest in the Challenge ???

Post the old "I'm in" if your interested for now to see if we have the interest to get this going.

i would maybe attend depending on hotel prices and how far a walk it is to the bathroom.... i need someone to front a plug for me too...... lol

Tom you can fish right at the bathing beach which is 50 yards from the bathrooms.
If the weather is nice you can sleep and stay on the beach fishing all night long if you have a rod and are fishing on and off.
I'll check prices at the motel to see if we can get a break on rooms. Also you can come down for just a day to fish.

My hotel will be my truck . 2nd week of November would be a great time. It would be nice to see all of you for some great fishing. For all that will be hoteling in there trucks like me just bring some food for the grill. I think this is going to be a good time. looks like its back to the shop to make me a killer and finish up my last 4 for some guys. O its on!!!!

Well being a lack of intrest :zzzzzzzz: in this I'm going to let it go till another time.

damn you people..... i was looking forward to seeing and fishing with yous..... and hitching a ride onto the beach......
