Shad festival in Lambertville, Nj Empty Shad festival in Lambertville, Nj

Took my boy to the Shad festival today on the Delaware river. We watched them net the shad from the river, in the net was a fat 20 lb. striper, 20 shad some suckers and 1 turtle. I was looking to eat some shad but could not find the place where they were cooking, I dont think I missed much. Good luck fishing.
