whats the repair process for a hole in neoprene waders???

I had a plug hook stuck in the waders and as i removed it i put a good size hole in the waders about the size of a tic-tac i went ahead and used some silicone from the inside of the waders to repair it not sure if its going to work...

there are expoxy and patch repair kits sold at dicks sporting goods... I on the other hand have tried it and have not been successful using the kit... As the waders are so tight to put on that went it stretches it just opens the hole back up at the repair...

Tear aid. it's a lot like the stuff that is peel and stick for pools. works great on the inside of breathables and also comes in a neoprene wader patch form as well. the one for rubber and breathables is in a tan color box. the one for neo' is in a gray box. the stuff worked really good on my frog toggs when the crotch let go on the inside seam.

I have used Shoe Goo in the past for pin holes. For larger holes I would add some webbing from an old strap or something

I use a patch and 3M 5200 - that stuff never comes off anything

Shoe goo or aqua seal. I use aqua seal for repairing my neoprene wetsuits and it works wonders...

Jeff - reseal the seems with Aquaseal. I had to do mine in the spring and have to do it again now.
