Not sure but dont hurt to try .. People always told me fluke don't bite and I got 2 keepers at night the weekend that the season closed.. On a Got stryper eel thing lol

I do most of my fluke fishing (from shore) at night - fluke come into the shallow water at night - I have found them sitting on top of rocks in inlets in less then a foot of water
Tog however, at least according to the divers, "sleep" at night - they are a sight feeder and must not do much once the lights do out.
Maybe in a well lit area?
