Tail Loop question

On my next plugs Im gonna try hook hangers instead of swivels but I also would like to just have a loop coming out of the back instead of a regular tail wrap. I like the look of that. How do some of you guys do that. Is it a regular tail wrap that is epoxied in the back of the plug with just half the loop sticking out. I hope I'm explaining it right. Black Labels plugs are a good example of what I'm talking about.

most likely a regular tail loop covered with epoxy, plumbers putty, or a mixture of epoxy and fine sawdust that forms a peanut butter consistency.
