here in fla its illegal, large mouth bass love em and jump all over them...... but they mde it illegal cause your introducing a new species into the waters

I dont see any issue using them, if its saltwater then they couldnt live verylong so a new species wouldnt be intorduced

In delaware they use a fish called black salties its pretty much a dark colored gold fish. They dont last long in saltwater ive heard everything from 10-20 minutes. I didnt hear much on them this past spring but the year before everyone was using them and said didnt matter if they died fast they were eaten before they died.
