I was working on the last plug of the day and got lazy. Went to adjust the tool rest with the lathe on.

good thing a had a face shield on.

I was trying to make a floating needle. I have better wood and going to start the process again today.

mine usually fly up and hit me but do i learn NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO still do it and usually ruin the best plug of the day. glad you didnt get it in the face. good move wearing the shield. maybe i will start turning mine off now. why you alway turn off the lathe to move the tool rest 56958
