Se blow 10-15 with falling tide saturday morning made it tuff for the bass. Left the inlet little after 7 headed sw towards the channel and setup for the outgoing. The netter had just dropped off super fresh bunker, had a really good feeling about hooking into a few bass. We had a few small run,light taps,and nock downs but no commitment. The tide finally died out,and we made a small move(less than 20yards) and setup for the incoming. As soon as the tide started to move in and the boat sat straight with the lines, Riss hooks into a 34 1/2" taken on a small chunk.(photo in Lady Angler forum) When the tide started to run harder my line took off. Bam, 41" 24lber in the box.

Back to the dock around 6ish just in time to get a free boat inspection courtesy of the Coast Guard Aux. Back to the house and Riss cooked up a delicious striper dinner. East wind 10-15 on sunday, fishable but we got our fish on sat were happy. Finally got the little boat down to the fort (no time) and took her for a sea trial. Kinda scary, need a heavier and more stable vessel. Looking forward to memorial weekend!
