Help on FLAMES !

Im still haveing trouble making thoes nice SMOOOTH CURVES I use a x-acto knife an New blade every time but still cant get the CURVES, any one got any TIPS

There's a ton of great you tube video if you search for "airbrushing flames", most of it will translate well into rattle cans.

like all the big boys said, they look awesome, this might help with your curves, are u using the small exacto knife that can swivel for cutting circles?

what are you using to make the pattern? painters tape, liquid mask or what? if your doing tape i would suggest drawing out your design on the tape first than cut it using a nice sharp blade. if you can get the xacto with the spinning blade it may make the job easier for you. once you cut your pattern out you can than tape it to the lure and paint.

very well put mack....thats what i do when making flames or any one of a kind temp this way you can really use a lot of force to make sure your cutting straight and threw the tape...
