Hey Stripers............

I think a lot of misunderstandings arise from plain miss communications on both sites. Keep in mind there are good and bad people everywhere and if you butt heads with a mod. the temptation to abuse the smigen of power one gets with buttons seems impossible to control sometimes.

The suggestion to take your grievance to TimS was good advice because he has always shown himself to be fair and willing to listen to any respectful argument. If you have trouble with one mod. you should challenge a perceived wronging with the head honcho and if that doesn't resolve it to your satisfaction then move on and don't look back.

i think there comes a time when we all have to remember that we are all gathered because of fishing.

a rod, a reel, lures/bait, water, and fish.


there are times when i wished i was fishing the salt when my grandfather was my age. no cell phones. no internet arguments. just the zen of the tides.

If someone wants me off their site so be it. I'll take all the info i can and just not contribute. no sweat off my back. the power hungry mods on other sites are getting out of control. smitty you have done something good here and i thank you for it. now all i need to do is get out and fish so i can share with the other members here and only here.

im not going to drag this post down like they do on that other site but it does seem odd you joined this site a few days after i got kicked off another site and you have 11 posts and no info about yourself only the name TROUBLE ... that is all i will say if your looking for confrontaition your on the wrong site

OK I'm going to lock this thread down for a couple of reasons. We all agreed that we would try not to engage in site bashing it may make you feel good for a few minutes but it threatens our reputation as a fun friendly site. I agree there are alot of good people over at *** and I would love to attract them to SBO but bashing *** is not going to accomplish that. Trouble, if you want to continue your argument you are free to do so in the Duke it Out forum
