This was my old setup -
Olympus e500 DSLR with Ikelite strobe and Ikelite housing with dome port... sold the housing and strobe though. Still have the camera, just not for underwater work. Now I use an Olympus SP-320 point and shoot in an olympus housing and I get the same quality images.

I'm envious, not only can I not take that nice of a photo, I haven't gotten to that many nice places to take them.

I was blessed with having parents who love to travel... Its taught me alot, a year of college for photography helped alot here too :)

I told you guys Im hitting the water this season! I want to try and get video footage of a blitz, up close and personal.

Carribean reef sharks actually, bahamas. did that dive where they feed the sharks right in front of you.... :shock: I was in heaven. Ive handfed makos offshore, got bit by one... Thats more exciting. :geek:

Just a heads up....
this season I want to document the striper run from spring to fall, by photographing fishermen, primarily surf fishermen. The series will be in black and white, and done digitally. I hope to get enough good shots to make some prints and possibly a mini book.
Anyone want to volunteer as a model for this?

very nice pics,I took my son on that snorkeling with sharks on his 8th birthday a few years ago,he held onto the rope directly against the boat and did not move, ah memories.AKScuba wrote:Thought you guys might like these, took them all over the place on vacations -
