BLOCK ISLAND

Im heading down to block island this weekend fishin with my dad and uncle any tips,advise, or what i should use and where i should go????? THANKS

I hear block has been on fire with the stripers. BIG fish too. Whatever you bring with you normally for bass I'd bring with you to Block. Pencils, swimmers Etc..

say good luck on your trip..........im not to much into bait.....unless its live line'en bunker.........but if you manage to get a chance to fish at night......see if you can get some live eels............smack one of those bad boy's up side its head to stun em........and send it out into the deep blue sea.........and hold on......................good luck

Do take the slugos. and try the area they call blackrock on the southwestern corner of the island and don't forget korkers, its a very rocky area. Not much beach driving there but the whole island is awesome to fish. I also recommend North Point. Good luck, tightlines and screeming reels.
