Ya stumped me good on that one dude.

I was in the NAVY and stationed on a destroyer in Norfolk when I first heard it. I was hanging out with a guy from Texas at some sleazy bar right outside the base when he threw a quarter in the juke box and played this tear jerker I never forgot.

It stuck with me all these years. never knew who sung it till tonight.
