Popped My Spring 2011 Cherry

On my second trip of the spring (about an hour's worth) I landed 2 shorts (22" range) on a white shad. I was fishing late afternoon/early evening in the back bay under heavy cloud cover for about 1 hr into the out going tide.

Good work. Way to 'get some on you. I'm going to give it a try with some jigs this w/e. Hope the cold air temps have not re-shuffled the deck!

good choice witht the shad where it was cloudy, i feel like plugs do work on the sunny days
