saturday upper bay
stayed in close this time and it payed off. had a couple shorts in the first half hour and was getting steady taps. then brought in a 36" and had another 36" shortly thereafter. right after that wind picked up and anchor had trouble holding. tried to get back on the same spot a couple times and still couldnt grab even with two chains attached to it. oh well, moved in a little closer to shore and brought in a few more shorts only to have problems holding again. moved in a little more and ended the day with no more bites. was good to get some fish in boat.

Nice job eric! The spot is tuff sometimes to hold. Tell work you have come down with a sickness - striperfever lol! I have feeling this weekend we are going to see some nice size fish in our neck of the woods.

Glad you got a couple for the table. My third spot of the day I think I ended up a half mile away from where I originally started. Same type of bottom so I decided to just go with it. That's when I hit the big one for the day. I now have a new waypoint.
