very easy and very good, give it a try.

cut salmon into 1" cubes, get thick cut bacon and partially cook it, then wrap salmon cubes with it. secure the bacon to the salmon with a toothpick and add a small thin piece of apple to the toothpick. put under the broiler for a few mins to cook the salmon and crisp the bacon.

the salmon is fine if its cooket right, moist and buttery. overcook it and you have catfood.
i have a mean lobster blt recipe too, ill post it tomorrow for you bacon lovers, lol. ill never eat lobster without bacon ever again.
