didn't know there was drum in jersey let alone in the bay....... i take it you need a water going vessel to get them...

Nope they are caught right off the beach at IBSP...

and raritan b ay too just really hard to target them

MAck, aim for sunrise on the beach, I got into them in LBI last year.... T-hex worked.... deadly dick is probably better with LIGHT fluoro leader, be prepared to run too.... lol!
