going to try to quit smoking

Congrats!!!!!! this is a wonderful time to be more annoying to all your friends and foes!.. every time someone asks "whats new?".. tell them how many days and hrs it has been since your last cig butt.. positive affirmations spoken out loud is only going to make the mortar stronger,,,, all of a sudden you'll be drivin lookin at drivers that are smoking and you'll start feeling sorry for them,,, like the line goes..
if you ain't trying to quit then what are you doing?
other thots,, at $7.30 a pack.. in 136 days that equals $1000. reel ur choice made in China.
tell us everyday you haven't had one... you are a winner and you'll beat this killer that is legal and costing millions of $$$$ in health cost,, snuffing out young lives,, making old age miserable,, emphysema ain't fun--trying to breath and not gettn enough air sorta sucks!

Good news Smitty, you've just made it through the three hardest day's. By comparison the next three will be easier, and so on ,and so on. After a while you'll notice those nasty urges becoming shorter in duration and less frequent. You can do this!

smitty i actually tried using the patch and it didnt work for me... on the other hand the gum was a waste of $$ but i had less of an urge with the lozenges that you can purchase

5 days and counting .......this is a walk in the park lol.....

Found out something lol don't put a new patch on at night you will have bad dreams of little people trying to steel you wife and kid lol no kidding i had that dream lol woke up all happy then i seen her the wife that is....

Hang in there its a long tough road gotta keep busy and stay away from the refrigerator I gained around 20 lbs.

maybe this will give me the will to quit. I stopped for 6 years and stared again 2 1/2 years ago when my ex wife and i separated. it was great to be smoke free.
