we went last year @ like 7am there was a bunch of people in front of us....... but there was plenty of stuff for everyone. not sure about this year's probably go about the same time.

well 4 am was in the Gary2/ Lefty/Fixter/Skippy/Twisted days. I have no idea what the big draw will be this year so maybe the crowds will be light without all these guys. RM Smith maybe, or Cyclone, I have no idea. I usually go to pick up some cheap tackle boxes for the boat. But I dont need anything this year except maybe line. Good luck if you go and take some pictures for the guys that wish they could go but cant.

There will be 36 plug builders there and you do it all in 1 house. I know who is going to be there and you will need a lot of cash.

What's the big secret? Let us know who's gonna be there. Big Rock I know, Gary Soldati, D-Mag? Any surprises like Pajama, or Bottomley?

Make sure you check out Surf Asylum Lures. His juniors and flat glide needles are worth every penny.

Well if the Chumbucket is "the Chumbucket" that might be a reason to get in line by 4:00am but I didn't think Chum was a commercial builder, and I'm sure the Tom Bottomley's will sell out quickly. Other than that there are some very talented builders there but I dont know if I'd get in line at 4:00am for this one. Surprised that Fixter or RM Smith are not there. Some of the builder's I'm not familiar with does anyone have any pictures of these guys' work....

That's a pretty solid line-up!!
Definitely grab some Asylum. Surf Asylum (Dave Anderson)...those alone are worth the trip.
Prolly one of the best lures to come down since Big Don in the workhorse category.

DT's A-40's (and needles too for that matter) are very very sweet!

I will be there helping out Fishermans supply at Asbury. I have my eye on some more DMags, and surf asylums. At least I wont be in the elements for 9 hours waiting for the doors to open

I be der also..... with Scotts bait and tackle, look for us at the end of the table...LOL

A wide assortment of CTS surf blanks (20+/- between 7ft and 13'-6") will be on display with corresponding built rods also at the RH Custom Rods booth. I believe we will be on the stage.

And everybody is saying it is "the Chumbucket" who will be selling there as well. Tough choice but I think I'd get in the Chum line first if there's anything left after the Asbury club guys are finished.
