lets see your set ups ... im thinkin to hell with hooks ... the stores up here dont have a huge selection of air brush stuff and when you talk to them they dont have answers .... instead of me buying a bunch of containers to hold paint i would like to see picks of what you guys/gals use .. guns excessories and such ... thank you if you can help

i see your a big E fan ... nice now that jar hooked to the gun do you have a bunch of them or just clean as you go ??

Only use the jars when your doing multiple plugs. There is a small cup either on top or on the bottom, depends on which brush you get, that holds small amounts of paint. You can do one at a time or many at a time. Clean as you go.

Createx paint is ready to use from the bottle, no mixing is needed, but a little water to thin it a little doesn't hurt.

so how much paint to water ... i seen on youtube it said mix it to be like milk ???? im tring not to be a pain in the cheeks but i dont want to clog the brush the first time i hit the trigger

If your using the little cup and say fill it halfway with paint i would start with a few drops of water till you see it thin out a little no real set mix as i know of...some of the paints i dont thin at all but the pearls and opaque i do a few drops of water

whity, micheals will sell empty bottles for paint or any film container type bottle will work you can find clear ones if you look thru some of the arts places...over time I've found that paint don't keep well and I throw out alot so I try to mix only enough to use 1 or 2 times maybe for a month like in the fall I'll mix up something for a mullet color or a spring squid color...I may paint 20 plugs and in the end I end up throwing out the rest...to me even in a sealed container the paint thickens and I end up haveing to thin it after acouple times who knows what % its been thinned....createx is nice paint, golden is great paint, liquidex...I use airbrush medium generally to thin the golden and liquidex or creamcoat or applebarrel...the airbrush medium is like clear paint(its got all the same stuff as paint but with out pigment) they all make a airbrush medium all found at micheals

thanks for the info but im not done yet ... the bottle of paint 4.99 size how long does that last .. so do you get an arse load of plugs done ... like lets say white for the belly of a decent size plug... and the michaels up here doesnt have crap for a selection

I never go more than 50/50 mix..I think most of my problems start with the paint if the paint thin clean and mixed good the brush works great but if the paints got dried paint or clumps, every time we use the paint some dries to the sides then we shake the crap around

a createx white the small bottle I can do 20 plugs all white over a white primer like bins

I use cans alot in the summer fish don't care

i also do alot with cans and use the air brush for detail or scales stuff like thet but use cans for the base color
