Gliders

I want to make a bunch more of these this winter. I used them in the canal this spring and while fishing over some big adult bunker schools in Rhody. The bass and blues liked them. They are fun and pretty easy to build. You can do all sorts of things with them if you alter the weighting. These are 7" 3 oz. The mac is foiled and really flashes. I have been using clear eyes and painting the backs. the possibilites are endless with them.

So how do these plugs swim??Is it like the name implies they glide??I love the shape of these plugs!!!

I make them to sink. You can work the top to bottom with them. I work them with snaps of the rod. They will also swim a lazy S on a steady retreive. You just play with the weighting to get what you want. I weight mine in two spots.
