What will the weekend bring?

Hopefully Bill with take a turn way offshore, and allow us to get out front for a tuna trip. Or get out in the bay. Not trying to wait another week :shock:

well, i know a tuna trip sounds great. but it isnt looking good for this weekend. i think a trip out in the bay is more likely. as of right now i will be running out into the bay. if not saturday. ill be out sunday. but i think saturday will just be yet another choppy day in the bay. for me, as of right now 2-3s sound like a usual day in the bay.

Out front might be outta the question but the back might work!!!!!

2-3s arent that bad if your used to it, i dont mind it much. It doesnt get much worse out there than that unless we have bad storms that roll thru (then you would just stay off).. guess we'll have to see what happens its always constantly changing anyhow, but looks like we might get washed out, who knows..

eric- you goin out of Fort or CM this weekend?

going out of the fort on sunday most likely. i cant find a good sounding report for the bay on saturday. they bumped it up to 3-5s on saturday. and its supposed to calm down from that on sunday. so thats the plan.

yea, wunderground.com has the marine forecast so we check the upper bay. this is what they are callin for as of now:

Sat- S winds around 10 kt. Seas 1 to 2 ft. A chance of showers and tstms.
Sat Night- E winds around 10 kt...becoming NW. Seas 1 to 2 ft. A chance of showers and tstms.
Sun- NW winds around 10 kt. Seas 1 to 2 ft. A chance of showers in the Morning

its iffy...the rain i dont mind, w*nd is the factor here... even with 10 knots, w*nd against tide can be bad for the fishing..
