I decided to make a pattern and am looking for a plastic to cut the pattern into... it needs to be thick enough but flexible to fold over a plug...

anyone got any ideas... i've tryed the film they use for airbrushing but its too thin...

I use half gallon plastic milk containers, I guess one gallon ones would work too.

Any craft store sells blank stecil sheets. They work well and are strong enough to use over and over again.

I use bicycle innertubes to cut my stencils and wrap it around the plug body and secure it with metal office clamps.

Overhead projector transparency sheets. Comes in inkjet printable too where you can just print out the pattern and cut.
