My Fall Reel

Just finished stripping and drilling my 704 Greenie. Pics are the first coat of Metallic Green. A few more coats, clear and bake and then it will be ready to put back together and spooled with fireline 30lb smoke. I'll post more pics as I go along.

3 More pics. First is with the clear with just a little glitter mixed in, second and third are in the oven baking and then they will have to sit for a few days to totally cure before reassembly.

Reel out of oven

Reel is out of the oven and hanging to finish curing, I will put it all back together tomorrow or Saturday. I put some more Metallic into it and could not get it to show up real well in the pics but when I have it all together I'll take it out into the sun.
