Skunk off(River Hogg)Ocean Wogg

Been a long dry spell till now.went on a 2pm mission with StriperTed.It all started out with ST Hooking a nice fish on a RHM pencil,but shook him off.
I was pluggn' my arse off and nothing even interested,so I tried a big plastic shadbody,was tuff in the current,then slamm! fish on !no more skunk !
Finally hooked a 36" 17Lbs River Monster,a decent way to begin the season,Thanks to ST and his river sense,The man with the mission,Yes !

She was fat not from eating hearing,not from muscle mass,but she was burdened by her egg sacks.
feel bad,but im glad to confirm that they do breed in that river. :(
I hope that if we want to continue to enjoy this precious resource,we respect that area and release em,i know i will from know on. :(

the wogg just brought me some grilled striped bass MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM she sure was tasty
