now that im set up for it if the colors are simple its not too bad. the butt wraps can get very involved and i want to learn some of the more complex patterns but this one was simple to do just a very large learning curve. i hope to use it next week. im kinda afraid to what if the guides pop off with a fish on or the blank has a flaw in it and snaps? oh well we will see.

finally got to use it last week. i am hooked on seeker blanks, light and very comfortable. cant wait to build another. gotta try a surf rod now that i got a 525 mag. thanks for all the compliments guys, first build i am willing to photograph. i took an old rod and practiced alot before i even touched this one. now i need to learn more decorative designs.
