took advantage of the storm to replenish my teaser supply. one of the last nights i was out all that was left was an epoxy body.....all hair had been worn off by bass!

the two on the left are tied on VMC siwash hooks since there have been some hook straighteners out there before the storm came through. hope i find the need to tie one of those on now that things are cleaning up!

maybe i will do a step by step and post it on here. honestly, these are sloppy in my mind but i know that i will be the only one fishing them and they won't end up as gifts...except maybe to rick who will cast it off on the first attempt.

the last teaser swap i did for another site took me forever because i was so damn picky about how they looked....i usually use waxed dental floss to mend down all edges during epoxy application....another reason why i don't air brush my plugs. i would be working on one swimmer for the whole year!

Thannkyou Jon for reminding me of losing a Honeydipper teaser on 1st cast last week along w/ my shiney 3oz T-Hex that has or was very very good to me. As we both know,, that caused me to walk off the beach because it was a reel malfunction.

rebel a step by step would be great. russ did one on teasers and it helped alot. i have tried the epoxy ones and they looked pretty bad. also tried the sleeves as bodies and not so good either.

ok, i will put something together and post it up. i told someone at a tackle shop that i would make them a couple so i'll document that.....soon.

and rick if you remember correctly it was not a honeyhole teaser it was one of mine...a pink one...never touched the water....and when it finally did it was not attached to a fishing rod

i kind of figured you were down this morning. fish were gone!

one blue and one bass for me and i don't think i saw another fish caught with the 5,000 guys on the beach today....rick hooked into a pirate ship though i think.
