Posting Pictures??????????????

I want to post pictures and can't.
I have a couple in my gallery I and I still can't do it.
Can't find the button that connects to the gallery when posting.
I have no desire to sign up in photobucket.
Can't copy and paste.
Can't drag and drop.
HELP
I need detailed info not general

Click on the HOST AN IMAGE box (sixth in from the right) when you are posting.

Go to your gallery/ Click on the picture you want to post...Next to the box where it says bbc code of the picture there is a button that says Copy. Click that and it will highlight the thread. Right click on the highlighted thread and copy. Go to your message and right click and copy the thread.

There may be an easier way but thats the way I found I can do it.
