Saltwater license

Anybody know where you're going to be able to purchase the saltwater license in NY and if they're selling them yet?

Mini I've been on that site for an hour now. You can purchase but you need a dec id from past purchase online and they don't let you know how to register anywhere on the site.
Bet this licensing process will go smoothly for them (just like everything the state does) Saltwater license 56958

I would go to a local bait and tackle, or dick's or Bass Pro even. Sound like they have not gotten the kinks out yet
