Re: plug dryer
This was my spinner ....
Then i got jiggy with it...!!!!Needed to get them hot for the E-tex to dry and flow out better....
Now i have 2-225 watt heat lamps witch brings the temp way over 100.....LOL...Too much heat....
Have found that around 80-85 degrees is perfect temp for drying...I preheat the box and plugs to around 90-95 degrees first ...Then apply the epoxy..
Hope this helps out

Re: plug dryer
Heres my dryer setup. I use the lower cabinet to dry plugs after sealer and primer. Its got a brushless fan and fits about 75 plugs. The upper cab has 2 rotisserie motors, with each one spinning 8 plugs at a time under 2 bulbs with a dimmer to regulate the temp. I also installed 8 alligator clips for spinning my hooks. I usually spin my plugs for 8 hours or so then move them to the small cabinet on the side for curing after they setup. Heres a few pics:

Re: plug dryer
the one smitty gave me is a good deal if you are not looking to go crazy with high quantity. the thing i used to use (and have a single spook on right now) is a flex coat rod spinner. i mounted foam to it and use it to spin my epoxy teasers and tail hooks. when i have just one or two plugs to spin i use that. it's cheap and can be used for a ton of stuff!

Heat lamps from homies or lowes 225 watt on a dimmer switch
Re: plug dryer
heres the most recent one i made i still got to paint it i think the paint helps to keep the dust down in the box and makes it easier to clean out
Oh and im gonna add a 3rd wheel in the middle to make it a little easier to spin more plugs
