Friends,


Took my G/F out on a private charter with some friends on the Island Current out of City Island, she had NEVER caught a Striper OR a Bluefish. I was hopeing and praying she would enjoy herself......well she did!!! Caught her first Striper(15lbs) and 6 Blues all 10-12 lbs.........And she said something that made my heart flutter......."We can do this every week, can't we?" I think I found a real Winner!!!!!!

yeah that's a tough one. my wife and i do a lot together, but i am glad she has her things and i have mine. she went fishing with me once last spring and insisted on "throwing plugs because bait fishing is boring". she threw a popper a couple times and was over it. it was nice to have her out there and even better to hear her insist on plugging.
