Cheap Homeade Kayak Cart How to with pictures
I made this for my Tarpon 120 pulls over anything and is great in the sand with the Kayka loaded up.
Measure the distance between sculpper holes, I used 1" PVC for the frame and got the tires at Harbor Freight for 5.49 but you can get them at Home Depot or a tractor supply for about 5.00, 5/8 threaded rod 4 washers couple of nuts and some foam for the cross piece and you all set with a cart for about 30.00 total.
You should be able to see from the pictures the assembly but I can post some pics of the card with the kayak off if need be. Dont go real wide with the cart and it will track better in the soft sand.

that looks really nice,, and a great price on those tires. A problem I have w/ my package deal w/ hobie is that the cart tires have recessed stems that don't work w/ my air pump, you'd think it would be user friendly.
I see you have a significant light beacon there! Is that made for the yak? Let me guess,, Harbor Frieght

Pretty sure I picked up the light at one of the boat stores like West Marine.
