also if u filet very fast and can hide the filets very well you should be ok so make sure u pratice alot and get fast

i saw a guy the other night keep an 18" fish hide it in his back pack then leave it in the parking lot. i wish i was in the lot when he through the fish away. i have been looking for him but its hard to tell he was from one country under ours
