Yeah, Handyman, he keeps making 'mistakes' better than our best work.. ha ha!
That last post of your's, Frank, encouraged me to try the netting technique for scales.. suffice to say that's a couple of plugs you chaps are NOT going to see..
Not until I respray them, anyway. Any top tips on 'how-too' greatly appreciated..
Great shape to your plugs, love the colour combos!

Re: Shads
Hi Guys - thanks for the compliments !!! Merry Xmas & Happy New Year
Bruce - anything I paint that comes out good I consider a mistake lol !!!
Mike - No muskie this year, only made 5k casts !!!! They swim very nice around 3 -5 ft. Good to see you back.
Jim - Doing scales is a real pain in the arse, takes a lot of practice and I still mess up a lot. I think the trick is to get the netting as tight as possible and not to spray to much paint.
Jeff - I didn't try them this fall, used only sand eel type stuff. Will have to try them in the spring if the bunker show up !!

Re: Shads
Yeah, you're right Frank..
I sprayed a couple up; at first, I thought it was my glasses.. then I thought it must be my eyes.. am I drunk?? .. counted the empty cans (2=no).. the blurriness of my 'scale effect' makes your eyes go funny... ha!
Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a go.
