New Boat

Another boat I got what an adventure to get this one lol. its a 1984 25ft cruiser sea devil with twin OMC 115s came with the trailer. Well drove from my house in northeast pa to Brick, Nj to meet up with someone I know and knew this boat was in Cape May so after stopping in brick drove all the way down the park way to check it out and ended up buying it but couldn't take it home at the time cause had no brakes on the trailer which have towed boats with no trailer brakes before but with something this big wasn't risking it so drove home knowing it was mine but didn't have it home yet so a few days later decided to get brakes and go pick it up which involved driving from my house in pa to delaware for all the trailer parts than over to cape may and fix the trailer and get the titles exchanged same day in nj and than home all in one day which was a 14 hr day of driving around and working on the boat trailer and stuff but the boat is now at my house and getting it ready for the spring cant wait to get it in the water. Now have 3 boats planning on selling the 2 Im not useing which are a 19ft Bowrider and a 22ft Walkaround.

I take it you went to Eastern Marine for the trailer parts?

What type of braking system did you fix - mechanical surge or Electric / Hydraulic?

Yea went to eastern marine trailer had hydraulic drum brakes were rusted to nothing so swapped them out and put new hydraulic disk brakes which eastern marine sells complete kits so everything is new in the brake system.

I really like the boat a lot more room than any boat iv ever had and be able to go out in the ocean more with this one.

Some guys collect plugs, but I see you must collect boats.

Thanks guys and charlie yea collecting boats nah im planning on selling the others just need to find the right buyers for them.
