went to cape cod mass. on sept 15 12. we fished the race, mission bell, hihead. we had fish blues up to 10 to `12 lbs on poppers. we fished on a good friends boat. we bigger blues and stripers up to 20lbs. on diamond jigs . when they were up on top. we had them on poppers. the only problem was mung it was thick on the last day we fished. all in all the cape is back. nicholas manzi
