Beach Fishing

Hit the beach today with Bloodworms to fish the outgoing tide. My buddy and I tossed out, him mid-ground, me way out. We ended up moving three times, with the third move being the charm. We ended up with 11 Kingfish and a ton of Spot. Eventually, the Spot took over. The mid-ground was the hot area, just in front of the outside breakers. Should be breaking wide open soon.

Also took my oldest daughter out to fish some lights last night. Fished 9-10:30. Slow outgoing tide. Not much to be seen anywhere, actually nothing. Few small bait fish, no Stripers, or anything else. I'm thinking this ultra warm water is screwing everything up! Then again, there were a lot of Shoobies running around last night too, which could have played a part...
