IBSP yesterday morning

I'm in the Middle of the pic. Yellow Skinz Jacket and my buddy is right next to me wearing the blue skinz with a white baseball cap.

That's not fishing, that's suicidal. Is it always like that on the weekend when there are fish around?

Hope you caught a few.

Gremlin Yeah there were fish all over the place. That's why it was so packed. The fishing down @ IBSP has been good since Thanksgiving. AND yes We caught fish. My biggest that day was 13 Lbs.

How the hell do you get a fish in with all those guys

Intense at moments is putting it mildly. With people casting over your line or getting tangled with your line as you reel in a fish it got very frustrating.. Some people need casting lessons for sure. Most fish were over the bar. We got 20 + fish that day too between my buddy and myself... My biggest was 13 Lbs my buddies was 14 and 1/2.

lol, and I thought LBI was bad...

Pssh, I would have turned the hell around and went home. Too many idiots. I'm surprised the beach didn't collapse.

Just read somewhere a Berkley Fishing club member drove up from The Inlet to the North End Exit. he counted 783 fishermen and 5 hook ups. That's TOTALLY insane.... I know There were ALOT of guys purchasing the 3 day permit. The state made some money.. BASTARDS.

I at one point was. That effin' water was cold... my waders were soaked. I'm sure there was other as well.

When that picture was taken you could have gone to A-21 and fished by yourself, everyone inthe whole damn park crowed into the area south of 23 as reported by a local tackle shop since it was "blowing up", yes there were fish but "blowing up"?????? NO


I left the next morning just couldnt deal with the crowd anymore, saw more muggings then a NY City street
